Harry Kabodha joined Dr. Bianca Dumitrascu's lab in the Fall of 2023. He is currently pursuing an MS in Biomedical Engineering at Columbia University. He completed his BS in Civil Engineering with a minor in Finance. He is currently researching how to use generative models for differential sampling to reconstruct of spatial location of genes in scRNA-seq data. His other research interests include diffusion model applications for morpho dynamics.
