Anabel Ojeda, a junior in mathematics and computer science at Adelphi University, participated in the IICD Summer Research Program this past summer. Her research in the Azizi lab focused on mapping genotype to phenotype through joint probabilistic modeling of single-cell gene expression and chromosomal copy number variation.
