Chuck is a postdoc in the Vicković Lab at the New York Genome Center and performed his graduate work at the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics. His goal is to develop spatially resolved technologies to map the landscape of epigenetic variation in healthy tissues and to decipher how the interplay between epigenetic heterogeneity and genetic mutations contributes to cancer progression.
