Research Interest

Khanh Ngoc Dinh is a postdoctoral research Scientist in the Department of Statistics and in the Irving Institute for Cancer Dynamics (Tavaré Lab). His research interests include modeling cancer evolution and bioinformatics, with focus on bulk and single-cell sequencing data. This includes inference of tumor development, clonal evolution and competition, roles and classifications of mutations, selection forces, and cellular variation. His approach involves developing novel computational programs based on different mathematical frameworks of tumor growth.
