Haochen is a PhD student in the Department of Biomedical Informatics in the Dumitrascu group. He received his B.S. in Biological Sciences from Peking University in 2022 and M.S. in Biostatistics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2024. At UPenn, he worked in Prof. Mingyao Li’s lab, focusing on the multi-modal integration of spatial transcriptomics. His current research focuses on developing and applying computational methods to study developmental biology and cancer progression.
