Instrumentation
Current location: Fairchild 715
Training and oversight: Training will be provided by the company (10X Genomics). Subsequent training and oversight of the equipment will be provided by Dr. Maria Tosches ([email protected]) and Jamie Woych ([email protected]).
Reservation: A google calendar will be set up for this instrument. Authorized personnel will be allowed to reserve slot of 2-3h at a time
Special accommodation: The Department of Biological Sciences will try to provide some space to IICD members to prepare samples if needed prior to use of the instrument.
Current location: Mudd 738 (Gaublomme Lab tissue culture room)
Access and fee: All members of the IICD and BioSci will have access to the GentleMACS Octo Dissociator.
Training and oversight: User training and oversight of the equipment will be provided by the Gaublomme Lab.
Reservation: Contact Dr. Jellert T. Gaublomme ([email protected]), who will arrange for room access and training.
Special accommodation: The Gaublomme lab will try to provide bench space to IICD members to prepare samples if needed prior to use of the instrument.

Access and fee: All members of the IICD and BioSci will have access to the Illumina MiSeq.
Training and oversight: User training and oversight of the equipment will be provided by Jenny K. Kim ([email protected]).
