Ishaq is a Research Associate in the Vickovic Lab. He earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University and is interested in developing computational tools for optics-free “-omics” imaging methods to better understand how spatial organization shapes development and disease. He also works on graph-matching and related mathematical frameworks to improve spatial reconstruction and analysis of complex biological data.
